Rushton Hall was the setting for Hayley & Nathan’s winter wedding. Emerald green ran throughout the wedding, which blended beautifully with the winter and festive colours. The couple wanted natural wedding photography, capturing and documenting the day as it unfolded. They made the most of the stunning grounds of Rushton Hall, stealing a few minutes alone as newlyweds for their portraits.

Both Hayley and Nathan love the Christmas season, and this was incorporated into their wedding with rich golds, emeralds, and Rushton Hall’s beautiful decorations, which made the venue feel extra special. Hayley’s engagement ring is an emerald. Very well chosen by Nathan as it is her favourite colour, hence the inspiration for the wedding. As a Northamptonshire wedding photographer, it was lovely to visit the couple to chat in person before the big day to get the know them well. They had a summer engagement shoot which featured in a slideshow during their speeches.
The drawing room at Rushton Hall is the perfect setting for intimate, romantic wedding ceremonies. There are two large windows letting light flood into the room, which is fantastic for gorgeous pictures. Take a look at the information on their website, I couldn’t recommend it more highly: www.rushtonhall.com. In the evening I took the couple outside for a stunning photo in front of the venue. This only took a couple of minutes as it was a frosty December evening, but the results were well worth it.
