It was an unseasonably warm September day for Victoria and Dan’s gorgeous marquee wedding at their farm near Towcester. With 200 day guests, Blakesley Church was packed, this was the second wedding I had photographed there this summer and it was lovely seeing such a bustling congregation. Victoria arrived at the church like a princess in a horse drawn carriage, and the newlyweds rode back to their reception too – so romantic!
I loved how personal their wedding was, the cake design tailored to them as a couple, reflecting Dan’s farming heritage and Victoria’s love of horses and skiing, and this continued through to the table names. Even the wooden centrepieces were from trees cut down on their farm.
